In February's issue of Mixmag Dimitri was singled out as one of the best DJ's in the world while DJ Magazine said that Dimitri's status in Amsterdam was the equivalent of a superstar; he's also Carl Craig's favourite DJ, he released one of this year's best received DJ mix collections, and he produces music in his own right.
